A jocker has many definitions?To get to the point.
1. A jocker is a person who steals other people’s layouts or layout style sheet in any manner whatsoever takes credit 4 the layouts that he/she stole.
2. Copying a layout, & Changing the code
completely is still considered jocking because the jocker didn’t make the code?lt
3. A person who copies another layout makers layouts, but doesn’t take credit isn’t called a jocker?That type of person is called a redistributer...
This Explains what Jocking/Jocker is so dont give me excuses like u dont know what jocking is
